I have boarded my horses at Spruce Hill Farm for almost 8 years now. My horses love it and so do I! Great location on the Gateway trail, well maintained fencing and beautiful indoor arena. Nat grows all the hay and quality is excellent. Calm, well mannered herd of horses and friendly, fun boarders. If you are looking for pasture board and a trail riding focused boarding facility near the metro this can’t be beat!

Spruce Hill is a one-of-a-kind place where the people are kind and the horses are happy. This picturesque farm has rolling hills, indoor and outdoor arenas, a food trailer in the summer and sits RIGHT on the Gateway Trail. There is a lovely community of boarders that look out for one another and are happy to help or go out on trail rides. Drama is next to non-existent. The pastures are well managed and horses are rotated to ensure optimal grazing while the riding ring is regularly drug and everyone makes an effort to keep the tack areas clean and swept. We couldn't have asked for a better setup. Thank you!

Love this place! The owners, who also live on the property, take great care of the horses and in maintaining this facility. The pastures are beautiful. Plenty of shelter for the horses. Large indoor arena. Beautiful heated tack room and bathroom. Right on the Gateway with miles of trails. Great boarders too! Everyone's friendly and supportive of each other. I wouldn't want to be any were else!
